In the bible, 1 Peter 4:10 says, "As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another as good stewards of God's varied grace." Kacey and I do our best to live out this verse through the business because a calling from God is always about serving others. Although photography began as a hobby for us both, we have come to find that God has given us the opportunity to serve those around us. It is important to us that we carry out the expectations of our clients as well as our own, however, glorifying God through our work comes first.
There are so many amazing things about being able to serve the ones we love through what we love but the greatest thing is that serving all of you is ultimately serving the Lord. We have the best clients which makes it easy for us to do what we love. Our cups are continually filled by your generosity and love, it's truly a blessing. Overall we want everyone to be drawn to our platform, not always because they think our work is beautiful but because they see God's work.
Working in this field we get to experience and capture some of the greatest joys of this life. We don't just put in the hours of driving and editing for us, we do it for Him too. Our work is our hobby, our work is our gift, but most of all our work is our worship. Kacey and I always want it to be known that we love this job, but we also love Jesus. It's our job as Christians to live on mission and spread the good news of the gospel while living like Jesus and we are never more like Jesus than when we are postured as a servant.
